Dr Justin Rayes — Cardiologue et chercheur principal

Dr Justin Rayes is a cardiologist and the principal investigator of the Unité de recherche clinique de Lanaudière. He provides medical supervision for the studies conducted at the centre and helps integrate clinical research into a community cardiology practice.

Geneviève Morency — Manager and lead coordinator

Geneviève Morency manages and coordinates the clinical research activities of the URCL. She has experience in cardiovascular and metabolic research, in diabetes and in weight management, and supports both participants and research teams throughout the studies.

Stella Girard — Research nurse

Stella accompanies participants throughout their research visits and performs the protocol-specified procedures, including blood draws, clinical examinations and electrocardiograms. She ensures that visits run smoothly, that participants are comfortable, and that the data collected is of high quality.
